Overview
An 8-day city-and-beach combination. Three nights in Bangkok cover the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho's reclining Buddha, a longtail boat through the Thonburi canals and an evening at Asiatique. A domestic flight then connects to Phuket for four nights, with a Phi Phi and Maya Bay speedboat day, a Big Buddha and old-town tour, and free time on Kata or Karon beach. Includes breakfast daily, transfers and the internal flight.

Itinerary
Arrive at Suvarnabhumi and transfer to your hotel. Evening free - optional dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River past the illuminated temples.
Morning tour of the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew (Emerald Buddha) and Wat Pho. Afternoon longtail boat through the Thonburi khlongs, passing stilt houses and Wat Arun.
A free day for shopping at Chatuchak or the malls, or an optional full-day trip to the temples and ruins of the old capital, Ayutthaya.
Transfer to the airport for the short domestic flight to Phuket. Transfer to your west-coast beach hotel for a four-night stay; afternoon at leisure.
Speedboat day to the Phi Phi Islands - Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, Viking Cave and Monkey Beach - with snorkelling stops and lunch included.
Half-day tour of the Big Buddha viewpoint, Wat Chalong and the Sino-Portuguese old town of Phuket, with the afternoon free for the beach.
A full free day on Kata or Karon beach, with optional add-ons: James Bond Island by canoe, an elephant sanctuary visit or a Thai cooking class.
Transfer to Phuket airport for your onward flight.
