Overview
A 10-day tour of Australia's east coast. Four nights in Sydney cover the Opera House, a harbour cruise, Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and a day trip to the Blue Mountains. A domestic flight then reaches Tropical North Queensland for four nights in and around Cairns, with a full-day outer Great Barrier Reef cruise (snorkel or introductory dive), the Kuranda scenic railway and Skyrail, and a Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation day. Includes internal flight, breakfast daily and the listed tours.

Itinerary
Arrive at Sydney Airport and transfer to your hotel near Circular Quay or Darling Harbour. Evening walk around the Opera House and Circular Quay.
Morning city tour - the Opera House, the Royal Botanic Garden, Mrs Macquarie's Chair and The Rocks - followed by an afternoon harbour lunch cruise past the bridge and the harbour beaches.
A relaxed day at Bondi Beach with the clifftop coastal walk to Bronte and Coogee, and an optional afternoon at Manly by ferry.
Full-day trip west to the Blue Mountains: the Three Sisters at Echo Point, Scenic World's railway and cableway, and Leura village, often with a stop at Sydney Olympic Park or a wildlife park.
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Cairns (about 3 hours). Transfer to your hotel in Cairns or Palm Cove; afternoon at leisure by the lagoon or pool.
Full-day catamaran cruise to an outer-reef pontoon or site, with snorkelling, a glass-bottom boat, a semi-submersible and an optional introductory scuba dive. Buffet lunch on board.
The Kuranda Scenic Railway up through the rainforest and gorges, time in the Kuranda village markets, and the Skyrail cableway back over the canopy. Optional army-duck rainforest tour.
A day north across the Daintree River into the oldest rainforest on earth - a boardwalk with a naturalist, a crocodile-spotting river cruise, and the beach at Cape Tribulation where the reef meets the rainforest.
A free day for the Cairns Esplanade lagoon, a hot-air balloon over the Atherton Tablelands (optional), or a second reef trip.
Transfer to Cairns Airport for your onward flight.
