Overview
A 6-day romantic escape based in a caldera-view hotel between Fira and Oia. The pace is deliberately slow: a private caldera catamaran cruise with sunset dinner, a guided wine tasting across three Assyrtiko producers, a day at a black-sand beach on the south coast, and a walk along the cliff path from Fira to Oia. Cave-style suite with plunge pool or hot tub, daily breakfast and private transfers are included, with one candlelit dinner for two.

Itinerary
Private transfer from the airport or port to your caldera-view suite. Settle in, then head to a reserved terrace in Fira or Imerovigli for the first sunset over the volcano, followed by a light dinner.
Late-morning start with the scenic walk from Fira to Oia along the caldera rim (about 10 km, taxi option available). Explore Oia's blue domes and art galleries, and stay for its famous sunset from the castle ruins.
Afternoon private-group catamaran cruise around the caldera with stops at the hot springs and Red Beach for swimming and snorkelling, a barbecue dinner on board and sunset from the water.
Morning at leisure by the pool, then a guided afternoon tasting at three wineries in the Pyrgos and Megalochori area, learning about the island's basket-trained vines and volcanic-soil Assyrtiko.
Transfer to Perissa or Perivolos on the south coast for a relaxed day on the black volcanic sand, with sunbeds and beach tavernas. Evening candlelit dinner for two at a caldera-edge restaurant.
Breakfast with a last caldera view, then a private transfer to the airport or ferry port.
